Laoag International Airport is a secondary international airport located near Laoag, the capital of Ilocos Norte Province. This is the northernmost international airport in the Philippines and a popular destination for tourists from China.
Laoag International Airport is not a large airport so there are not many flights departing here. There are only a few destinations that you can reach from Laoag International Airport, most of these are operated by PAL Express. Many people take a flight to Manila and transfer to another flight there.
Laoag International Airport is located about 7 km west from Laoag city center.
Jeepneys are available, for about PHP 70 they will take you in 20 minutes to the city center. Tricycles are also available at the airport but taxis are not.
Taxi's are not available at Laoag International Airport.
