The concept of this bird park is designed to enable the visitors to walk around to see different kinds of birds which are mainly coming from South East Asia, Africa and South America.

The idea of establishing Jurong Bird Park belongs to Dr. Goh Kweng Swee in 1968, starting with 20.2 hectare.
